First ultrasound ... a nervous wreck
Tomorrow I have my first ultrasound ironically on my birthday. I’m very nervous due to previous experiences. How have you mamas overcome anxiety/nerves? Any suggestion would be great because I have about 0 clue what to expect 😫🤦🏾♀️
