I am 38, no children and I came off the pill around Feb time and am now ttc using a donor. The last 4-5 months, I've been having increasing pelvic pain from ovulation time to end of period and I'm spotting from about a week before my period. I had an internal ultrasound and that was normal, no cysts or fibroids. I ovulated last month, confirmed with bbt but this month got my lh surge with no bbt rise so guessing I didn't ovulate. I have a consultation tomorrow with a consultant but I suspect I may have endometriosis and I'm worried that they are going to say I won't conceive or that I need treatment which will delay me trying for months. At 38, I don't feel I have time to spare and I so desperately want to be a mum. Does anyone else have any experience of this please?
