Pink eye?

Does this look like allergies or the starting of pink eye. Her eye lid is kinda pink and a little puffy.

Pink eye typically starts on one side. The eyelids and/or the corner of the eye will have yellowish goo/puss/infection. May or may not give puffy eyelids.
Allergies will typically be equally red/irritated in both eyes, puffiness is often seen.

I don’t see any crusties so it doesn’t look like pink eye. Just swollen.
