Can you keep the tv where it’s at and have the couch facing it? Or would it be too long?  If not I’d keep it where it is and get a nice chat to put in front of the glass doors facing the tv

This is a tough layout. I’d place the couch with it’s back facing the sliding door (pulled forward so you have room to get in and out the door) and then put the tv stand on the wall where the tv is currently sitting

maybe put the couch against the same wall as the tv/bookshelf, and move the tv to have its back facing the door. it would also help to replace the blinds to reduce difficulty seeing.
would help to make the space look a bit bigger, and it works as a non-intrusive room divider so you can put a reading/breakfast/dining/etc. nook there
