C section incision

I’m 3weeks pp. the left side of my incision has not been healing great. My doctor wasn’t concerned a couple weeks ago when I had a small ammt of yellow pus. But I just realized now it’s bleeding a little and goopy. Should I get it checked out? Pain has been getting less and less everyday so I wasn’t concerned at all til I saw this
