Can I get my hair dyed and get my nails done while being pregnant? I’m 7 weeks

I’d like to get all cute for the holidays and I miss getting my nails done. I used to do that religiously and I’d like to again.

I personally wouldn’t and my OB says keep things as natural as possible. I got a paper saying avoid toxins also. To even use organic nail polish you have to use acetone to get it back off also.

Everything I’ve read says yes. Just make sure that the nail salon is well ventilated. For hair, most people recommend highlights because the dye doesn’t touch your scalp, but there’s actually no evidence that having it touch your scalp is harmful.
