What should I do?

My son is almost 6 weeks old and every diaper change is a poop one so normal I think is like 3 or 4 a day and im getting like 10 to 12 a day. He is formula fed if that has anything to do with it.  Poor baby has such a bad diaper rash that the skin around the chafed area is bleeding ive been using Destin thickly every diaper change but it doesnt seem to be helping and now I have no idea what to do. Any advice?

Wash with warm water and clean cloth ever change. Then pay try and apply the cream

Hello bello cream worked really well when our son had diaper rash. Try to make sure the skin is completely dry before you put the cream on otherwise it will trap the moisture and make the rash worse. I hope he feels better soon!

Are you completely drying that area before applying the cream? Make sure you're doing that and I would also recommend changing wipes and diapers. Mine used to poop 10+ times a day but we never had a problem like that. We use pampers pure and water wipes.

My dr had to give us a prescription for a cream for her diaper rash because it was so bad ! I would talk to the dr because triple paste didn’t clear it up and that’s what cream was recommended because it’s only zinc
