What kind of comforter is this? And post pics of your rustic rooms!

Anyone know what kind of comforter this is? I’m tying to make our bedroom more rustic looking and I really like this style for a comforter since neither me nor my SO like the big thick comforters but I’m not sure how to look this up? 
Also, if anyone has a rustic bedroom please share photos! I need inspiration! 😊

It's not a comforter. It's a bedspread or quilt. Comforters have filling, quilts and bedspreads don't or have very minimal
