Am I miscarrying?

I am suppose to be 6 weeks and I go to the bathroom at work and there is this blood on my underwear... could it be normal?? You can see my panties in the back itsnot a lot but I’m so scared
It’s a pinky red. Almost like a diluted red

I just want to let you all know in case someone is worrying about the same thing I went to the doctor today and did a ultrasound and there a heartbeat and the baby is growing right! They said the blood is left over blood that was near my ovary. They said my body maybe was trying to start a period or late implantation blood.

Make them check your progesterone level TODAY! Refuse to leave if they don’t! I could have saved my last pregnancy had I been more persistent!!!!!! They can put you on progesterone
