IUD.. am I implanting?!?? 🤨

I have the copper, non-hormonal, IUD. But today I was cramping and spotting all morning and afternoon. Checked my cervix and it was tender af. Had sex in ovulation window about 9 days ago. I always had implantation bleeds with my pregnancies.. what do you think the odds are?? Here’s my current cycle dates.. and these are papers from all different times I wiped today. Stopped at night. Cramping stopped too. I’m so curious what y’all think
