Spitting up

Now that my LO can roll to his tummy, he spits up all the time. He sleeps in his crib at night and after a feeding I’ll hold him for a good 15-20 minutes. And then I’ll lay him down. Well he rolls onto his tummy within the first 5 minutes of laying down. And then he spits up. Idk what else to do to help him with that 🤷🏼‍♀️
