Which is a better job offer (read description)

So I got two job offers and I’m in the criminal justice field so they’re both in the field...

Correctional: 31k salary, 2 days off a week that are random, unsteady schedule, not much PTO or holidays, outstanding insurance, no copays at all for health, CLEET training, direct route into PDs, hands on, lots of room to move up, more of the experience I need to be a police officer, 10min drive from Home, would give me the skills and references needed for the more hands on of criminal justice

Bailiff: 31.5k salary, 8-5 m-f job, government holidays off, 2 weeks sick and PTO, mediocre insurance, have to pay for parking which will cost $200-$400 a month, working next to the judge, completely desk job, basically administrative work or secretary work, judges bitch, not hands on at all, no room to move up or get promotions/raises, not much of a career in it, 30min from home and will be stuck in rush hour traffic, would give me the skills and references for a more business side to criminal justice

Would like to mention I have a kid who would be in a 8-6 m-f day with dad picking up and dropping off.(since it’s close to his work)
