How many had the “uterine massage” after birth?

I brought this up at work and they acted like I was insane. I know I’m not the only person who has had this done after birth, because I’ve read articles about it.

I’m pretty sure it’s standard care. It also helps them measure to monitor it shrinking back proper.

By massage you mean they pounded your uterus? Cause if so yes definitely had

Oh my good gosh! I did! I wish someone would have freakin warned me! That was so painful!!!! 
I had a c section.
