It is possible to implant as early as 3dpo? I have never believed it to be, better have heard it is from some. What do you ladies think?

Maybe if it implants in the tube...but it takes the egg at least 5/6 days to make it to the uterus.

I think that would be really, really early.. maybe possible but I’d definitely get an ultrasound ASAP if it happened to rule out ectopic. 
I had dark test lines at 9 dpo, confirmed by ultrasound, with my last pregnancy so I imagine implantation took place around 5 DPO and that’s the earliest I’ve heard of implantation happening.

If you have conceived, implantation (on average) normally occurs at 9 dpo, as early as 7 dpo, or as late as 12 dpo. And if implantation does take place, it takes another 2-3 days for the HCG to rise.

Research shows that zona hatching doesn't happen till around 5DPO. Obviously the studies gace limitations as they were done in vitro not in vivo but still. Implantation cannot occur until the blastocyst hatches from the zona pellucida. There are also studies from the last couple of years that suggest implantation can only happen during a narrow window of endometrial receptivity. Studies seem to agree that the window of receptivity is likely around 5-10 days or so after the LH surge.
