How would you spell Peyton for a boy?

I am leaning toward spelling it with an “e” but I wasn’t sure if one way or the other way more typical for boy or girl.

my daughters name is Peyton but I feel as if they’re both gender neutral

My niece is Peyton, so I tend to see it as more feminine. I’d go with Payton for a boy.
