Help!

Anyone dealt with a fever that won’t reduce? My LO will be 1 on Halloween & just recently developed a fever. We brought her into the clinic yesterday b/c of her 103 degree fever & found out she has an ear infection. Tonight her fever is up to 104 even after I’ve been rotating Tylenol & Motrin every 4 hours. I called the ER to see what they recommend as far as reducing or bringing her back in & they brushed it off as no big deal & wait for the antibiotics to start to work. What would you all do?
