Alright ladies I haven’t been on here basically since my guy was born. However, like many of you, I’m sure, Ben was/is an awful night sleeper. I off handedly mentioned it to my dr. Who suggested I read “No-Cry Sleep Solution” by Elizabeth Pantley and ladies there is lots of good information and suggestions. I just implemented one idea last night to start and though we still woke up every two hours Ben went back to sleep quicker, and I’m getting him to break the suck to sleep association. Go buy the book or rent from your library because if you can’t handle the cry it out method but still need some help it’s got suggestions.
