Thought I was pregnant, guess not

Was 6 days late, having symptoms, etc. Had my doctor order a blood test for me. Well of course on the way to the lab I started my period. :( Then I get these results back this morning. To say I’m disappointed is an understatement. Starting to think I’ll never be able to have kids.
