Can someone give me some piece of mind?my first doctors appointment isn’t for another two weeks.what are sighns within a woman’s body that may indicate a healthy pregnancy?I tried to conceive for three years and it just seems to good to be true I’m so scared

Unfortunately, there really aren’t many indications of a healthy pregnancy especially in the beginning. Even spotting doesn’t mean it’s not a healthy pregnancy. I spotted and bled with two of my healthy pregnancies. Only time will tell. 
Try to keep your mind occupied and your body healthy. Make sure you’re taking prenatals with folate (AKA folic acid). Keep in mind that folate is different than folic acid. Folate is the natural form of folic acid and folic acid is synthetic form (made in a lab) and both are converted in the body differently. Folate is better for you and your baby. Folate helps keep your pregnancy healthy and even prevents fetal abnormalities. Congrats and good luck!
