My breasts never feel engorged or full like they used to. Does that mean my supply is going away? I’m trying to hard to increase it but life just keeps getting in the way. My daughter is able to nurse a full feed in the morning but then throughout the day I need to top her up with a couple ounces of formula on top of nursing. I don’t want to give up and just switch to formula, I was hoping to be able to pump and nurse and not have to use formula as it costs so much here but I haven’t been able to pump much anymore and she’s used up her freezer stash already. When she was a new born I was able to pump at least 10oz per day plus nurse her but now that she is 3 months old I haven’t been able to do that. I even bought a really expensive medela double electric pump and I feel it’s hardly got it’s use yet haha.

Tips on increasing supply? I tried fenugreek and although it sort of worked I was getting a dry throat and cough from it so I had to stop. I also put her on the breast every time she is hungry but that hasn’t increased my supply at all.
