Implantation???

could this be implantation?? i’m only 7 dpo and my period is always on time...i’ve been having pinching sensations for the past two days..
update: it only lasted an hour or so and hasn’t come back. i’ll keep updating.
update: it was just mid cycle spotting! AF came a week later.

There are many reasons to find blood mid-cycle (irritated cervix from sex, stress, medication, ruptured nabothian cyst on cervix, old ovulation blood, period coming 'early', to name a few), so its very hard to pinpoint exactly why. Too many people automatically  jump to the conclusion or expectation that it was implantation eeding, and more often than not, that is simply not the case. This app makes IB seem SO much more frequent than it actually is. Random mid cycle spotting is very common and often unexplained! 🤷‍♀️
