Would you tell a friend if she shorted you $20!?

I clean houses on the side for a few friends.. she usually pays me $80. Yesterday she only left me $60. She’s 7 months pregnant with a 1 year old. I was thinking she’s just so busy and made a mistake. Do I dare say something or leave it be?

Yeah just say her girl it was only $60... then reassure her that you understand she’s probably exhausted and that you understand.

Do you both use Venmo? This makes payments to friends so much easier and you personally can just send a request and she she can just accept. My Dogwalker does this and when she’s done she text me but also sends a request on our agreed amount. So much less awkwardness

I wouldn’t say anything this time because it may have been an honest mistake but if she shorted me next time too I would bring it up. I also agree with the Venmo idea for the future.

Personally, I wouldn’t just because $20 is not going to make or break me and I just wouldn’t go through all that just to get $20 bucks. However I don’t know your situation and if you really need that money then definitely say something! You did the work, you should get paid for it for the agreed amount!
