Razor bumps

Hey guys how can I get rid of razor bumps I think I accidentally shaved with a used razor but I also shaved used baby oil since they said it’s great but yea now my outer vagina itches on a daily and I have so many bumps on it like u gone think I have some type of skin rash or some it’s so bad like I’m scared to even have sex with my boyfriend knowing that I have so many taxi or bumps . I try popping some and nothing comes out sadly but some ... blood comes out, white stuff etc. I just want them to heal and get away .
