I was in a wreck two hours ago, I didn’t hurt or anything, the vehicle is a total loss... a semi hit me but neither of us was going fast maybe 10mph at the most. The point of me posting this is I have 14 days late, at five days late I had a negative blood test. Haven’t been tested since. My head is now pounding after two hours and my neck and back is aching like a flu. I was cramping but I took a Tylenol and I’m fine now. Should I see a doctor? Or is my body and mind just in shock?
