I’m five weeks and two days pregnant and I’m starting to freak out. I took another pregnancy test and got this so I know my levels are rising:

Has anyone experienced this before? I called my doctor last night and they said it was likely related to implantation bleeding since I don’t have fever, chills, pain, or cramps. They didn’t feel the need to see me until my appointment in two weeks. Please help!
