Unusual Period

I’ve been experiencing some weird bleeding, it has been very light, I was almost a week late on my period. The flow never got heavier as the days went on. The “blood” has finally stopped and now I’m having some pain in my left boob...help?! Also I’ve taken 4 tests and all negative
