dairy allergy?

Hi guys! my son is 11 months old, turning a year old in just a few days.
my pediatrician just informed me that we should be trying different milks (soy, almond, lactose) 
if you guys have a baby with a diary allergy, what did you guys try?

We did Ripple, which is a pea protein based milk. It was actually recommended by my daughter's pediatrician. Soy might not be best because studies show that most babies that have a cow's milk allergy also have an allergy to soy. You could try it, but there's a good change they'll be allergic to soy too.

I would never give my daughter soy so we get organic almond milk from Costco or unsweetened almond milk by silk
