Can you get pregnant just by having sex on the first day of positive opk only

I didn’t have sex at all during my fertile window because my bf was away. And I didn’t wanna track this cycle . We went out to dinner and bd around 2/3 am . Later that afternoon I took an opk and got a positive. Do I have a chance or not really ?
