Did you get a cervical check at 36 weeks?

Yes.. she was already down there doing the group B strep swab and offered.. Wasn’t dilated any but baby is very very low. I’m 37 weeks now and I don’t plan on getting checked again until I’m 40 weeks (if I make it that long).. It wasn’t painful at all honestly but I get disappointed every time I’m told I’m not dilated. (I know it doesn’t really mean anything but it still discourages me a bit when I’m told I’m still closed.. especially since it feels like my body is starting to break) 😫

Got my group b strep test done and was dilated to a 1 and 50% effaced but still high

My doctor said when I come back at 37 weeks he'll probably do it then.

I got mini check at 34weeks 1day while getting my group b test I was already 2cm and 80%effaced

Ill be getting checked tomorrow at 35+4 while they do my groub b test. The check is optional but i want them to check since im being induced at 37 weeks and my dilation with determine if i have to go in the night before for cervadil or not.
