Hey ladies so I’m 5 months pp EBF no birth control. Period came back 9 weeks pp. My cycle has been irregular ever since 37 and 43 days long so far, they were a little irregular before baby.

So I got off my period 2 weeks ago and I spotted 6 days after that and I have now spotted for the past 2 days it has been dark brown thick mucus type with barely any red maybe a couple drops. It showed on a liner maybe 3 or 4 times besides that it’s just when I wipe or check myself. Period isn’t due for another 2 weeks if I had a 35 day cycle (which I haven’t) from what an app says.

Is this normal while breastfeeding? Has anyone else experienced the same? Also I got mastitis two days ago and i’m still recovering.
