Help!! Teething baby

My baby is just over 2 months and she's showing every symptom of teething. It's a nightmare trying to get her to nap. I can't set her down otherwise she'll wake right back up. I feel like she just wants me to hold her. She's been comfort feeding and chewing on everything, I tried letting her munch on a pacifer but she's never been fond of it. I'm not sure what to do, it's been really hard, my house is a mess and I hardly get to eat enough through the day.
