Adjusting to daycare

Did anyone’s baby have a hard time adjusting to daycare? My baby had her two month old shots on Monday and I went back to work Tuesday. My mom is watching her at her house while I’m at work. Even though she has seen my mom basically every day since she was born, it’s still her first time being cared for by someone other than me outside our home.

Yesterday and today she was inconsolable when I brought her home. Screaming bloody murder. She could still be sore/not feeling good from her shots? Or is she adjusting to the new routine?

Any insight would be appreciated. It is getting really rough coming home to this every day and I want her to be happy.
