I just need to vent ladies lol. So my husbands friend is staying with us for a bit cause he and his girlfriend broke up. Well they have a kid together and omg this kid is not disciplined whatsoever. He’s 2 and doesn’t listen when his dad tells him to stop what he’s doing, he cries if he can’t see his dad and has a crazy sleep schedule. This probably wouldn’t bug me too much if I didn’t have my own kid to worry about. We have a one year old, about to be two.

We have my son on a good sleep schedule, he goes to bed at 9, wakes up around 7-8 and always takes a nap around 11:30-12. But now his schedule is messed up because our roommates kids is awake at 4-5 in the morning, naps between 8-12 depending on when his dad decides to ROCK HIM TO SLEEP. Which to me is a bit ridiculous because a two year old should be able to put himself to sleep. Anyway, so when my son is supposed to take his nap, his kid is up yelling and throwing toys around, which leads to my kid wanting to be up playing as well. I’m four months pregnant and it’s stressing me out so much.

I really just want to tell his friend something but it isn’t my place, and his ex and I have had problems before and I’m really not wanting any drama with her. She’s already tried starting problems with me since they’ve broken up and I’m just really trying to stay out of it. I don’t need the stress of her high school drama on top of her kid messing with my sons schedule. I’m so tempted to stay with my mom until he leaves, but he’s not leaving until my baby is born so it’s probably best I just stay home.

I just can’t wait to have my home be peaceful and quiet again. It’s usually my safe place because I have really bad anxiety, but lately it’s felt like anything but safe😩
