Is this all normal??

I found out I'm pregnant this morning. The day of my expected period. I had implantation spotting on 10-11dpo. Because of a previous ectopic, I had bloodwork drawn today. My hcg was 96.6. It seems a little low to me, but what do you think?

Also, I'm having back and leg cramps like i get with my period. It's not as bad as when I have AF, but I can definitely tell the cramps are there. Is this normal too?
