Have any of you had a "womb massage" after a miscarriage?

My co worker and mother in law mentioned that they had successful pregnancies with a, what they called "womb massage" after not being able to conceive. I've been intrested in it ever since they told me about it. Have any of you had one done and did you have a successful pregnancy after?
