Should I go to work?!

I'm 37 weeks exactly  1cm dilated and 50% effaced i feel pressure but no contactrictions yet . My last day of work is this sunday Oct 27 Which is only 4 days away but my due date is not until nov 13.  I'm struggling financially and trying to save as much money possible while on maternity leave and this last check will really help. My question is 
Whould you risk going for a couple  more days or just take off now

Depends, do you feel well enough to work? If you think you can physically do the job then sure, if you are struggling when you go in, don’t push it

You could be 1cm for weeks or hours. I say, if you're up to working, go for it!

The way I figure, worse case scenario I go into labor at work and go to the hospital 🤷🏼‍♀️

You could be that progressed for weeks. While it could be possible, the chances of you going into labor soon are pretty small. I am about as dilated and effaced as you and my doctor said I was where he would expect at 36 weeks. If you need the money and can work, I would work as long as possible. I plan on working until I am due but mainly due to the fact that I would go crazy being at home waiting around and don’t want to use any of my leave without my nugget.

Doesn’t sound like a risk to me. Most women at this stage are a little dilated. The worst that can happen is you go into labour at work and have to leave early. No big deal

I think it totally depends on how you feel.  If your body feels ok to work you should if it's what you want.  If you don't feel like it's a good idea listen to your gut and don't over do it..it's not worth that.

With my daughter I worked all the way till I gave birth. Not saying that you should but if your not feeling contractions or anything I'd still go. I literally went into labor at work and drove my self the the hospital, lol at least your leaving in a few days which is smart.
