Are they contractions?!?
I'm 38+4 weeks and already dilated to almost a 4cm and thinned 80% I've had two other babies but never went this long and wondering if what I'm feeling is true contractions.. my back has been achy and my stomach will tighten up and pressure and it feels crampy above the pubic bone it's not too intense but it does hurt and I honestly feel like he is fixing to fall out with the pressure.. TIA
