My period has been 3 days late now took a test on my first day of missed it said negative today is my 3rd day and this morning I had pink spotting when I wiped thought I was starting my period and I’ve had no spotting or bleeding all day. I’ve had strong sharp pain sorta like cramps but strong a few days ago, had back pain , crazy headaches, feeling nauseous, more tired than usual, chest feeling heavy.
