Drinking alcohol hurts my back?

So I’ve always had this issue when drinking alcohol specifically Smirnoff flavored mix drinks. When I drink them my back hurts bad. Yes I’m sure it’s directly related to the alcohol and not a coincidence. Beer however does not effect me. I’ve tried searching this on the internet and couldn’t find anything. Does anyone else experience this or know why this happens to me?

It is probably the sugars. When I have drinks that are too sweet or too high in sugar I get pains across my shoulder blades and my arms feel super heavy.

Smirnoff mixed pack and mikes hard drinks are super sugary and give me heartburn. I tend to kind of hunch over when my stomach hurts or I’m uncomfortable, maybe that’s causing back aches? I switched to cider so still the sweetness but not the malt part

I’m the same way. Maybe the sugar?? That’s what I think triggers it. Bad combo. Never happens with beer or hard liquor for me. Just those sugar bevies.
