Newly off Birth Control
Hello! I’m newly off hormonal birth control and am trying the Fertility awareness method to NOT get pregnant. I researched it, but anyone in here have tips for a person starting this method straight from HBC? If I’m honest I’m really nervous about it. But HBC has really messed my body up.
