GERD before labor?

I’ve had what I consider pretty standard amounts of acid reflux when baby was high, then she dropped and it all went away.

Today I’ve had the WORST sudden GERD, very painful! So much so, that I can’t even drink my warm raspberry tea, feels like acid going down.

Pain radiates through my entire rib cage and I’ve had constant belching.

I’ve read that this can be a sign of impending labor within the next few days. Just curious if any of you ladies experienced a sudden case of acid reflux, heartburn or GERD just before you went into labor?
