Can I give my 5 month old elderberry for this cold/flu season?

I dont think I've had the flu in 10 years- but can I give my LO elderberry syrup without honey this flu season? Hes 5 months.

Do you breast feed? Yes, you can give small doses but if you breast feed you drink it. It gets to your milk. Also I recommend cinnamon, turmeric, and garlic.

I gave my LO some with agave syrup when he was about 7 months old. His cold cleared up shortly after. I swear by it! Stocking up with it this flu season for my whole fam 😄
