Hey guys. I’m very worried I might have breast cancer. I’m very emotional and scared I’m 21, I never really cared about my boobs like I always try to cover them up and just because of how over sexualized they are in society I’ve always been insecure of the fact that I have them. I’m a thin girl with fairly large breasts. I just feel like a sexual object. Therefore I never paid much attention to my boobs because I don’t like them. Until just a little while ago I was looking at them, they’re not like normal boobs. They’re not perfectly rounded, kind of dimply, my nipples are weird and flat, even when they’re hard they don’t look like normal nipples. My boobs are saggy and large. They’ve never really been firm. The skin on my boobs is extremely veiny and a weird texture and does not look like normal skin. I looked up breast cancer symptoms and I have almost all of them. However I am a bit of a hypochondriac and I could be paranoid over nothing. But better safe then sorry I guess. So I was wondering what do you have to do to get a breast exam?? I know a lot of older women get them but I’m only 21 how do I go about this? And how do I tell my mom? What if she doesn’t take me seriously because she’s used to me being paranoid and self diagnosing myself every time I Get a little bit sick. Has anyone gone through this?? I’m really worried please help
