Needing some advice

This is my first pregnancy and for the past few weeks I've been spotting (light pink/brownish and sometimes bright red)

I got checked out by the ER I was told blood work looked okay and exam was fine but I was too early to see anything on the ultrasound.

I did another round of blood work for my family doctor and was told if there were any abnormalities he would call me and if not then not to worry.

I can't help but feel extremely anxious that something is wrong where ive been bleeding for so long, everything online says it's normal but I'm worried all the time. I just don't know if I should wait for news from the recent blood work and assume all is good if I don't get a call or if I should make an appointment.

I'm usually not a worrisome person so hoping it's just the pregnancy doing this to me 😒
