Second pregnancy but baby #1 lost last baby, have some mild cramping especially when sitting down in car etc its not sore but its still there period like cramps playing on my mind because of the loss only found out start of this week and have been talking to my bereavement consultant and my dr dont wanna annoy them again with this its not too bad but just the anxiety and fears from the last time can anyone share theyre tips for getting over 1st trimester with their rainbow baby to help me relax a little bit please and thank you ladies 🌈🙌
