2 days postpartum, headed home now

I'm a first time mommy, gave birth to a beautiful baby girl and now I'm 2 days postpartum. I'm nervous about going from the hospital, it's been awesome being taken care of at the hospital lol! Any tips that helped you first day back at home with a newborn? Share everything please!
