Swollen lip?

I’m only 5w3 but today I’ve noticed and felt that my top lip is slightly swollen. I’m sure it’s not allergies since I haven’t done anything different. Could this possibly be hormone-related? I realize lips swell but believed that began in the third trimester!

Girl. Yes! Im now 30 weeks pregnant but I SWEAR , my top lip has swelled on and off my whole pregnancy. Each trimester so far. Its a real thing. Sometimes my lips swell so much , it almost ... hurts? Uncomfortable? Idk how exactly to describe it.

My lips have definitely swelled up a few times during pregnancy. I woke up one morning looking like I had lip fillers! I think it's just the extra blood flow and fluid retention.

I have never heard of lips swelling because of pregnancy. I know skin is more sensitive during pregnancy so maybe something irritated it
