Did your period cramps get worse or better being on birth control?

I’ve been on the pill for almost 2 years and I noticed my cramps weren’t this bad before being on birth control, I swear they are worse than before. But my periods are shorter (5 days compared to 7 days.)

Nuvaring made my periods pretty simple and only 3 days compared to my natural 8-10 days periods. Mirena got rid of them all together. 🤷 For the most part my birth control methods have made my periods shorter and less painful with the exception of Depo shot

Mine are weird in general. I started the kill in middle school because of cramps. I had my cystic pain then normal cramps. Currently in a ball from both because I'm switch bc this weekend..
