For bilingual speakers...

How are you speaking to your babies? I really want my child to speak Spanish. I do, and so does everyone on my side of the family. My in-laws do but my husband doesn’t. I realized that I don’t speak enough Spanish to my child, we live out of state, his daycare is all English and so is his dad. I am purchasing a bunch of books in Spanish and will do a better effort to speak to him in Spanish but it’s hard when dad doesn’t. I grew being able to translate from English to Spanish and want a similar situation for my baby!
