No morning sickness
Im roughly 5-6 weeks and wondering whether i should be concerned as i haven’t had morning sickness as of yet? I get the odd nausea feeling but haven’t yet thrown up. I have had two previous miscarriages and also tend to get cramping a lot. Not anything unbearable and no bleeding/spotting but i have a current UTI. It’s hard not to think the worse when i’ve already miscarried twice. Any advice?
